Gravity Forms Quiz

This plugin lets you add quiz functionality to forms created with Gravity Forms. It can automatically score submissions and give participants immediate feedback, making it useful for knowledge tests, training assessments, and personality quizzes. Weighted answer scores let you tailor how responses are evaluated, while pass or fail thresholds and letter grades give you options for presenting results.

You can choose to display quiz outcomes to participants, then review results in a dashboard within the WordPress admin. The dashboard includes average scores, grade distribution, and individual response breakdowns. Quiz forms can also collect participant information, which may help site owners grow a mailing list or learn more about their audience.
