Overview
Form submissions often need to be copied from notifications into the workspace where a team tracks its work. This add-on sends entries from selected Gravity Forms forms to Notion, where they can become database records or individual pages. The result is a more direct path from a website form to the Notion content the team uses to manage incoming information.
The connection uses OAuth to authorize a Notion workspace from the WordPress admin. You can configure the integration for specific forms, then choose where their submissions go. Database records suit structured tracking, while pages give an entry its own document. Pages can also be created at workspace level when the workspace permissions allow it.
Features
- Send entries to databases: Route form submissions to a chosen Notion database, where each entry becomes a structured record for your team's workflow.
- Create pages from entries: Turn a form submission into its own Notion page when an enquiry, application, or other entry needs a dedicated document.
- Connect with OAuth: Authorize your Notion workspace through OAuth from the WordPress admin to establish the connection.
- Create workspace pages: Create pages at the workspace level when your Notion permissions allow it, giving you another place to file submissions.
- Choose forms to connect: Configure the Notion integration for the specific forms that should send entries, while leaving other forms out of the workflow.
- Map database properties: Map form data to Notion database properties, including custom property columns, so submissions match the fields in your database.
Best for

Changelog
Version 0.1.0-alpha.2 — 19 August 2026
- Fixed Fixed an issue where selecting Custom on the Notion property column in the database property map sent an invalid property name to Notion.
- Improved Labs packaging: Labs plugin URI and Requires Plugins header, in-product Labs notice, uninstall option cleanup, translation template, and Code Quality CI (PHPCS, PHPUnit, PHPStan, Semgrep).
- Fixed Fixed a critical error when saving Notion plugin settings for the first time (no stored settings yet).
- Improved Use a query-string-free HTTPS admin.php redirect URI so Notion accepts local Live Link / public HTTPS hosts.
- Security Mask the OAuth client secret field on plugin settings.
- Removed Keep the private rgcodestandards repo out of composer.json so Hal `composer install --no-dev` can package without GitHub SSH.
