Gravity Forms Discord Add-On

When form entries need to reach a team on Discord, manually copying details can add extra work and delay a response. This add-on delivers Gravity Forms submissions to configured Discord channels through feeds, bringing form information into the team's existing conversations. Conditional logic lets you set rules for when a feed sends a message, so different forms or entries can be directed according to your setup.

Messages can use rich embeds with a title, description, color, footer, timestamp, and mapped fields displayed inline or stacked. You can also set a bot username and avatar for each feed. Submissions are processed asynchronously, and failed webhook deliveries can be retried. Entry delivery status, notes for each attempt, single-entry resending, and a bulk resend action help you track and manage delivery.
