Gravity Forms Breeze

Form submissions can contain tasks that need follow-up, but moving each entry into a project management system by hand takes extra work. Gravity Forms Breeze creates a Breeze Card when a form is submitted, giving teams a place to organize and track that work on their project boards.

Choose the Breeze project board and list where cards should appear, then set a custom card name and description. You can also assign team members and add due dates. Conditional logic lets you create cards only when a submission meets specified criteria, making the plugin useful for client requests and internal workflows.
