Give Email Reports

Give Email Reports collects donation activity from a GiveWP site and sends it in scheduled email summaries. This gives nonprofit teams a way to review fundraising activity without repeatedly checking the donation dashboard. Reports can cover daily, weekly, monthly, or rolling 7- or 30-day periods, so teams can choose a reporting window that suits their routine.

Each report includes donation totals and the number of donations, with results broken down by individual donation form. Teams can customize report content and choose who receives the emails. This makes the plugin useful for fundraisers, nonprofit organizations, and site administrators who want a regular view of donation activity across their GiveWP forms.

Features

• Flexible report periods: Schedule email reports for daily, weekly, monthly, or rolling 7- or 30-day periods to review donation activity over a chosen timeframe.
• Donation activity totals: Reports summarize donation amounts and donation counts, giving recipients a concise view of activity during each reporting period.
• Form-level breakdowns: Review donation results by individual form to see how activity is distributed across the site's GiveWP donation forms.
• Custom report content: Tailor the content included in reports so email summaries reflect the donation information your team wants to review.
• Choose report recipients: Specify who on your team receives report emails, helping fundraisers and site administrators get donation updates in their inbox.
• GiveWP reporting add-on: The plugin is designed for GiveWP and sends donation summaries from the donation activity managed through that WordPress plugin.
