Easy Digital Downloads - Upload File

Stores that create custom digital products often need customers to provide artwork, designs, documents, or other materials with an order. This plugin adds file upload fields to the checkout process, so customers can submit those materials as they purchase. It is designed for sites using Easy Digital Downloads and gives store owners a way to collect files alongside order details.

Store owners can set upload field labels and instructions, then restrict accepted file types and sizes to suit their product requirements. Submitted files are associated with the corresponding order and can be accessed in the Easy Digital Downloads admin panel. Customers can upload more than one file per purchase, which suits orders that require several assets.

Features

• File uploads at checkout: Let customers submit files during checkout for personalized products that require artwork, designs, documents, or other materials.
• Multiple files per order: Customers can upload more than one file for a purchase, supporting custom orders that need several assets.
• Custom field guidance: Set upload field labels and instructions to explain what customers should submit for a particular product.
• File type and size rules: Choose which file formats and sizes the checkout field accepts to match your product requirements.
• Files linked to orders: Uploaded files are associated with the corresponding purchase, and store owners can access them in the Easy Digital Downloads admin panel.
