BookingPress - Ratings & Review Addon

Customers can rate and review staff members as part of the booking process. Their feedback gives people choosing a staff member information to consider before booking. The addon helps make customer opinions visible within the staff selection experience.

Staff members can view their own ratings and feedback, which can help them track how customers rate their service. You can set the staff display order to favor higher-rated team members, and share reviews through notification links. This addon is designed for sites that use BookingPress to manage bookings.
