BookingPress – Zoom Integration Addon

For businesses and educators who offer appointments online, arranging a separate video meeting for each booking can add manual work. This addon connects BookingPress with Zoom and creates a meeting when an appointment is confirmed. It suits services such as coaching, consultations, yoga classes, cooking workshops, and business meetings.

The addon sends Zoom meeting details to customers and service providers by email, so participants receive the information for their booked session. It fits into a WordPress site that uses BookingPress to manage appointments and needs Zoom meetings tied to confirmed bookings.

Features

• Connect BookingPress and Zoom: Link your BookingPress appointment system with Zoom to use video meetings for online appointments and sessions.
• Create meetings for bookings: The addon automatically creates a Zoom meeting for each confirmed BookingPress appointment.
• Email meeting details: Send Zoom meeting information to customers and service providers by email for each booked session.
• Support varied services: Use Zoom meetings for services such as yoga classes, cooking workshops, business meetings, and consultations.
