AutomatorWP - Contact Form 7

Contact forms can collect information while leaving follow-up tasks to be handled by hand. This plugin lets you set workflows in motion when a Contact Form 7 form is submitted. You can connect submissions to WordPress functions and other services, helping manage tasks such as lead follow-up, content creation, and user data updates from your site.

Build workflows from triggers and actions, with options to base actions on form field values or user input. For example, a submission can add a user to a mailing list, create a WordPress post, update a profile, assign a user role, or send a notification. The plugin suits sites that use Contact Form 7 and want to automate responses without writing code.
