UsersWP Frontend Post

This plugin gives visitors and registered users a front-end form for submitting blog posts or custom post types. Add the form to a page with a shortcode or block, so contributors can send in content without entering the WordPress dashboard. Guest submissions can collect a name and email address, with a user account created for the contributor and assigned to the post.

Site administrators can choose whether new submissions are pending, draft, or published, then review content as needed. Registered users can edit their own submitted posts from the front end. Separate email notifications can be managed for users and administrators, and reCAPTCHA can be enabled on the form to help limit spam and bot submissions.
