UsersWP Advanced Search

Basic user searches can make it hard for visitors to find a profile that matches specific needs. UsersWP Advanced Search lets you add filters based on custom fields in user profiles, giving visitors more ways to narrow their results. Fields such as country, age, gender, and profession can serve as search options.

Choose which custom fields to make searchable with a checkbox, then let visitors combine filters to search by multiple profile details. This add-on works with the UsersWP plugin and its search forms, making it a fit for sites with user directories, professional profiles, or community listings.

Features

• Custom field filters: Let visitors filter user profiles by custom fields, including details such as country, age, gender, and profession.
• Checkbox field setup: Choose which custom user fields appear as search filters by checking a box for each field.
• Combined search criteria: Visitors can combine multiple filters, such as age and location, to narrow profile results by several attributes.
• UsersWP search forms: The add-on works with UsersWP to extend its search forms with filters for user profile fields.
• Username and email filters: Search options can include username and email, alongside profile fields, to help visitors find specific users.
• Profile directory searches: Use profile-based search for sites that list people, including community sites and professional directories.
