HappyFiles Pro adds a folder system to the dashboard, where you can arrange media with drag-and-drop controls and create nested folders. Files stay at their original paths, while folder assignments use custom taxonomy terms.

The plugin also supports organizing posts, pages, custom post types, WooCommerce products, coupons, orders, and plugins. Upload files directly into a chosen folder, assign files to multiple folders, or create galleries from folders with a shortcode, Gutenberg block, or Bricks element. Folder permissions can be managed by user role, and the plugin supports WordPress multisite.
