Overview

The dashboard brings ticket and event details into a central area for registered users. Attendees can view purchased tickets, cancel tickets, manage their profiles, and find event locations with Google Maps directions. A shortcode lets site owners place the dashboard where it fits their site, and a separate shortcode page can provide quick login access.

The plugin also supports event tasks from the front end. Users assigned as Organizers or Speakers can edit their profiles, and users can submit events through the dashboard. Site owners can require login before ticket booking, manage dashboard sections in general settings, and export event participant lists in Excel formats.

Features

  • Central ticket management: Users can view purchased tickets in the dashboard and cancel tickets directly, giving attendees a place to manage their event bookings.
  • Front-end profile editing: Users with Organizer or Speaker roles can update their profiles from the dashboard, including when they hold both roles.
  • Event submissions: Users can submit events through the front-end dashboard, giving event sites a way to collect submissions without sending users to the back end.
  • Booking login control: Site owners can require users to log in before booking tickets, or provide a public login option within ticket booking settings.
  • Attendee list exports: Export event participant lists in Excel formats to keep attendee information available for event tracking and follow-up.
  • Event location directions: Google Maps can display event locations and provide directions to attendees from the dashboard.
  • Flexible dashboard placement: Use a dedicated shortcode to embed the user dashboard on a site page, and a separate shortcode page to give users quick login access.

Best for

  • Modern Events Calendar websites
