Overview
When a product is out of stock, shoppers can add themselves to its waitlist and receive an email notification after it is restocked. The plugin supports simple, variable, and grouped products, so stores can offer waitlists across these product types. Store admins can also receive alerts when customers join, giving them visibility into demand for items that are currently unavailable.
Waitlists can be managed from the WordPress admin area, and customers can review or edit theirs from a dedicated tab in their account. Store managers can set a minimum stock threshold for sending back-in-stock emails, place opt-in buttons on product and archive pages, and export waitlist data as a CSV. Google Analytics tracking codes can be added to waitlist-related emails.
