The Events Calendar Virtual Events

The Events Calendar Virtual Events extends a WordPress event calendar to include online and hybrid gatherings. Hosts can add virtual event details alongside in-person listings, making it easier for visitors to find webinars, livestreams, and meetups in one calendar. The plugin supports links to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and WebEx meetings, so attendees can access meeting details from event listings.

Event pages can include livestream embeds from YouTube Live and Facebook Live, as well as pre-recorded videos. Calendar content can appear in month, week, day, list, photo, map, and summary views. Organizers can also create recurring events and series, feature events with widgets or Elementor, and let visitors subscribe to the calendar through iCal or Google Calendar.
