WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro

The plugin gives shoppers more ways to share product feedback. Reviews can include text, photos, and videos, while custom review qualifiers gather details about topics such as fit, comfort, or performance. Customers can also ask questions and post standalone photos and videos with comments, creating a place for product discussion alongside reviews.

Shoppers can sort and filter reviews by star rating, helpfulness, and recency, then vote on whether a review was useful or flag it for moderation. Customers can edit existing reviews, while store teams can manage and respond to feedback from a dedicated screen. Stores using Product Vendors can let vendors manage review flags and approvals independently.

Features

• Photo and video reviews: Let customers attach photos and videos to product reviews, giving shoppers visual feedback alongside written comments.
• Custom review questions: Create review qualifiers with custom dropdown questions about details such as product fit, comfort, or performance.
