Gravity Forms Termageddon Add-On

A standard checkbox can record that someone gave consent, but it may not show which policy wording they saw. This add-on adds a dedicated Termageddon Consent field to Gravity Forms. Its links point to your Termageddon-hosted policies and update as those policies change, so visitors can view the current policy when they submit a form.

Each submission records the consent version shown at the time, keeping past entries tied to the wording presented then. This gives site owners a dated record of what a person agreed to, even after a policy is revised. Add the field to forms you already use and manage it alongside your other form settings in WordPress.
