Affiliate Forms For Ninja Forms

Affiliate Forms For Ninja Forms gives WordPress site owners a way to create affiliate registration forms with Ninja Forms and send the submitted information to AffiliateWP. Use the Ninja Forms drag-and-drop builder to arrange a signup form and collect details that fit your affiliate program. The plugin adds affiliate-specific field types alongside the standard Ninja Forms fields.

When an applicant leaves out a username or password, the plugin can generate those details automatically. Submitted form information is available in the affiliate approval review screen when approval is required, and registration submissions can also be viewed in the WordPress admin. Fields can be set up to create custom email tags for use in AffiliateWP communication workflows.

Features

• Custom registration forms: Build and adjust affiliate signup forms with the Ninja Forms drag-and-drop builder, tailoring the form to the information your program collects.
• Affiliate-specific fields: Add standard Ninja Forms fields or choose from four affiliate-specific field types to collect details for affiliate registration.
• Automatic account details: Generate a username and password automatically when applicants leave either field blank. An email field is required for registration.
• Custom email tags: Enable checkboxes on form fields to create custom email tags for personalized communication through AffiliateWP.
• Application review details: View submitted form information on the affiliate approval review screen when your program requires applications to be approved.
• Submission records: Access affiliate registration submissions from the WordPress admin after registration, so the submitted data remains available for review.
• Ninja Forms add-ons: Use Ninja Forms add-ons with the integration for functions such as mailing list connections, file uploads, conditional logic, and notifications.
