MainWP Team Control Extension

Managing several WordPress sites with a team can make it difficult to give each person the right level of access. This extension lets you create custom roles and assign permissions based on each team member’s responsibilities. You can control access to specific Child sites, Dashboard features, and individual MainWP Extensions, helping keep delegated site management organized.

Team roles and users are managed from the MainWP Dashboard. Permissions from multiple active roles are combined, so review role assignments with that in mind. An authorized Dashboard administrator, called the Team Control owner, manages users and roles. The extension also provides permission controls for supported MainWP abilities, including Built-In Backups, and supports managing roles, users, and notes through MainWP abilities and MCP.
