Overview
Managing SSL certificates across several WordPress sites can mean checking each site one at a time. This extension monitors SSL status from the MainWP dashboard, helping site managers keep track of certificates in one place. Automatic checks cover connected HTTPS-enabled sites, and newly connected sites are included in monitoring.
Review SSL status from the Manage Sites screen, run a manual check when you need an immediate update, or look through the status history to see previous changes. Monitoring settings can be adjusted for each site, including turning monitoring off. You can also set how far in advance email alerts arrive before a certificate expires.
Features
- Automatic SSL checks: The extension automatically checks SSL certificates for connected HTTPS-enabled WordPress sites, including sites added to MainWP after monitoring is set up.
- Expiration email alerts: Receive email notifications before SSL certificates expire, with the option to choose how far in advance the alerts arrive.
- Manual status checks: Run a manual SSL check for your sites when you want an updated status without waiting for the next automatic check.
- Per-site monitoring settings: Adjust monitoring settings for individual websites, including disabling SSL monitoring on a site where it is not needed.
- Dashboard status overview: View SSL certificate status in a dedicated column on the Manage Sites screen to review your sites from the MainWP dashboard.
- SSL status history: Review the history of SSL certificate statuses from the dashboard to track changes and refer to previous site status information.
- MainWP Child support: Use the extension with the standard MainWP Child plugin on individual WordPress sites to monitor their SSL certificate status.
