MainWP Time Capsule Extension

Managing backups across several WordPress sites can mean switching between separate site dashboards. This extension connects WP Time Capsule with the MainWP Dashboard, where you can manage backup settings and activities for your Child Sites. It is designed for developers and agencies that oversee multiple WordPress installations.

WP Time Capsule creates incremental backups as changes happen on your sites. The extension also provides access to remote storage options such as Dropbox, Amazon S3, and Google Drive. You can restore a full site or select files and components, set backup schedules, and manage staging environments for testing changes.

Features

• Centralized backup controls: Manage WP Time Capsule settings and backup activities for your Child Sites from the MainWP Dashboard.
• Incremental backups: WP Time Capsule backs up site changes as they happen, rather than relying only on scheduled full-site backups.
• Remote storage options: Store backups remotely with services including Dropbox, Amazon S3, and Google Drive.
• Selective restoration: Restore an entire site or choose specific files and components to recover.
• Staging environments: Create and manage staging environments to test updates and other changes before putting them live.
• Custom backup schedules: Set backup schedules to suit project needs alongside the incremental backups made as site changes occur.
