Forms often collect information that needs to reach another service, such as a CRM or marketing platform. Gravity Forms Webhooks lets you send submission data directly to a specified endpoint, including user inputs, payment information, and entry metadata. This can help connect Gravity Forms with services that do not have a dedicated Gravity Forms plugin.

Set the HTTP request method and choose JSON or FORM encoding to match the receiving service. You can configure headers and select which fields or other values to send, then use conditional logic to control which submissions trigger a webhook.
