wpDiscuz - Media Uploader

Standard comment forms are focused on text, which can limit the ways people contribute to a discussion. This add-on lets commenters attach photos, videos, audio, PDFs, and other file types to their comments. Users can upload one file or several, and can preview images and arrange attachment order before submitting. It is made to work with the wpDiscuz plugin.

Site owners can configure allowed file types, file sizes, upload limits, button visibility, and the order of attachments. Role-based settings let you decide who can upload, including guests. Uploaded media can appear in comments through image lightboxes and HTML5 audio and video players. The interface is responsive and supports right-to-left languages, with front-end phrases available for translation.

Features

• Multiple file types: Let commenters attach photos, videos, audio, PDFs, and other file types to discussions on your WordPress site.
• Single or multiple uploads: Allow users to attach one file or several files to a comment, depending on how you configure the uploader.
• Upload checks: AJAX-powered validation checks file type, size, and count during uploads, without requiring a page reload.
• Uploader controls: Set allowed file types, upload limits, button visibility, and attachment sorting order to suit your comment area.
• Previews and media players: Commenters can preview images and rearrange attachments, while comments can display images in lightboxes and audio or video in HTML5 players.
