YITH WooCommerce Uploads Premium

When customers need to send artwork, signed documents, or other files for an order, handling attachments through email can lead to scattered information. This plugin gives customers a way to submit files during the purchase process and keeps those files associated with their orders. It can support stores that customize products such as T-shirts, as well as businesses that need customer-provided documents.

Store admins can review and manage uploaded files from the WooCommerce order page. They can accept or reject a file, request a replacement upload, and add notes for customers or staff. Uploads can be collected on specific products, the cart, checkout, or the thank you page, with options to associate files with individual products or the full order.

Features

• Collect files during purchase: Let customers upload files as part of the purchasing process, providing order details for personalized products or other custom work.
• Manage files from orders: View and manage customer uploads on the WooCommerce order page, keeping attachments with the order instead of scattered across email.
• Review and request replacements: Accept or reject uploaded files and request a new upload when a customer needs to provide a different file.
• Choose upload locations: Collect files on selected product pages, the cart, checkout, or the thank you page, depending on the order workflow.
• Support multiple file types: Accept file types including images, PDFs, documents, and graphics for a range of product customization and order requirements.
• Add notes to attachments: Attach notes to uploaded files so customers and store admins can share instructions or feedback about the files.
