YITH Woocommerce Custom Order Status Premium

WooCommerce’s default order labels may not describe every step in a store’s fulfillment process. This plugin lets you create custom statuses to reflect work such as printing, assembling, or delivery. You can also replace default labels with terms that make sense for your operation, helping customers understand where their orders stand.

Customize statuses with icons and colors, then define the next status in your order process. You can set which customer actions, such as paying or canceling, are available at each stage. The plugin also sends customized email notifications when an order status changes, making it useful for stores that need clearer order tracking and communication.

Features

• Custom order statuses: Create unlimited order statuses with labels that reflect your store’s fulfillment process and the updates you want customers to see.
• Status icons and colors: Assign custom icons and colors to order statuses so each stage has a distinct visual label in your store.
• Default status labels: Replace default labels such as Processing or Completed with descriptions that fit the way your store handles orders.
• Sequential order workflow: Set the next logical status for an order to define how it progresses through your custom fulfillment stages.
• Customer action controls: Choose whether customers can pay for or cancel an order based on its current status.
