User Registration Private Notes

Keeping track of user-specific details and communicating updates can be difficult when information is scattered. User Registration Private Notes gives administrators a place to write private notes within user account profiles. Notes can be directed to specific users, user groups, or users by role, so administrators can tailor messages to the intended audience.

The plugin supports two-way communication: users can reply to notes from their profiles, and both administrators and users can attach files to notes and replies. Email notifications alert both sides when a note or reply is added. It works with the User Registration plugin by WPEverest, making it a fit for WordPress sites that manage user accounts through that plugin.

Features

• Targeted private notes: Administrators can send personalized notes to specific users, groups, or all users, keeping messages within the intended audience.
• Role-based targeting: Choose recipients by user role to direct notes to specific segments of the site's user community.
• User replies: Users can respond to private notes from their account profiles, supporting questions and feedback within the profile.
• File attachments: Administrators and users can attach files to notes and replies, including documents and images.
