WP Sheet Editor - WooCommerce Coupons (Premium)

Managing coupons one at a time can make campaign updates cumbersome. This plugin brings coupon records into a spreadsheet inside WordPress, where you can search across multiple criteria and edit coupon codes, amounts, discount types, usage limits, and restrictions. Changes made in the spreadsheet are applied to the WooCommerce store, so coupon data can be managed without import or export steps.

The spreadsheet supports bulk coupon creation, including generating unique codes, and can apply formula-based changes to fields such as discount amounts and usage limits. You can use master coupons as templates for new coupons, and manage custom coupon fields added by other plugins or Advanced Custom Fields. Column controls let you resize, rename, hide, and sort the data displayed.

Features

• Bulk coupon creation: Generate many unique coupon codes at once for promotional campaigns, then manage the resulting coupons in the spreadsheet.
• Multi-field search: Find coupons using several criteria, including discount types, product or category restrictions, and email limitations.
• Edit coupon details: Change coupon codes, amounts, discount types, usage limits, and restrictions directly in the spreadsheet.
• Formula-based updates: Apply Excel-style formulas to coupon data, such as increasing discount amounts by a percentage or adjusting usage limits.
• Manage custom fields: Work with custom coupon meta fields added by other plugins or Advanced Custom Fields in the spreadsheet.
• Use coupon templates: Set up master coupons as templates, then apply their settings when creating new coupons with consistent rules.
