Overview
WordPress sites can hold many kinds of information, and a general export may include fields a team does not need. WP All Export Pro lets you select data from posts, pages, custom post types, users, and WooCommerce products. You can also include custom fields, taxonomies, and metadata, then arrange or rename columns to suit the file’s intended use.
Build exports through a drag-and-drop interface, then save the selected data as CSV, XML, or Excel. Filters let you narrow results by conditions such as custom fields, post status, categories, and dates. You can schedule exports through the plugin’s point-and-click interface or a cron job, and use PHP scripting or APIs for custom workflows.
Features
- Drag-and-drop builder: Choose export fields and arrange or rename columns in the builder to shape a file around the data you need.
- Multiple file formats: Export WordPress data as CSV, XML, or Excel files for reporting and other data workflows.
- Wide data coverage: Include posts, pages, custom post types, users, WooCommerce products, custom fields, taxonomies, and metadata in exports.
- Filter export records: Set rules using custom fields, post status, categories, dates, and other available criteria to select records for an export.
- Scheduled exports: Set exports to run on a schedule through a point-and-click interface or cron job setup.
- Custom development tools: Use embedded PHP scripting to create or transform fields, and APIs to support custom export workflows.
- XML feed builder: Create XML feeds with the drag-and-drop interface or hand-code the XML structure for more control over the output.
