weForms Pro - Business

Creating forms for different tasks can take time, especially when each one needs its own fields and layout. The drag-and-drop builder lets you assemble forms visually, while prebuilt templates give you a starting point. A real-time preview shows your changes as you work, so you can review the form before using it on your site.

Use conditional logic to show or hide fields based on a visitor’s responses, and add file upload fields when a form needs documents or images. Multi-column layouts help arrange fields within a form. The plugin also supports payment collection through gateways such as PayPal and Stripe, and email notifications can inform administrators and users after submission.

Features

• Drag-and-drop builder: Create forms by arranging fields in a visual editor. The builder supports contact, survey, registration, and payment forms without requiring code.
• Prebuilt form templates: Start with a prebuilt template, then customize it for the form you need, such as a contact form, survey, or event registration.
• Live form preview: Preview changes in real time as you edit a form, making it easier to review its appearance and field setup before use.
• Conditional field logic: Set fields to appear or stay hidden based on a visitor’s responses, so the form can present relevant questions as people fill it out.
• File upload fields: Add file upload fields to forms so visitors can submit documents, images, or other files alongside their responses.
• Payment gateway support: Collect payments through supported gateways, including PayPal and Stripe, as part of a payment form on your WordPress site.
• Custom email notifications: Configure email notifications for administrators and users when a form is submitted, keeping the relevant people informed about responses.
