Share Logins Pro

Managing separate logins across a network of WordPress sites can create extra work for administrators and extra steps for users. Share Logins Pro connects user authentication across sites, so a user can sign in once and access the other connected sites. It suits businesses, educational institutions, and online communities that run multiple WordPress installations.

The plugin synchronizes user profiles, roles, and permissions across connected sites. Administrators can manage sync settings, monitor login activity, and troubleshoot through a centralized dashboard. Role mapping lets them set how user roles correspond between sites, while secure tokens and encryption protect credentials and access.

Features

• Single sign-on: Users sign in once and can access all connected WordPress sites without entering their login credentials again for each site.
• User data sync: The plugin synchronizes user profiles, roles, and permissions across connected sites to keep account information consistent.
• Role mapping: Administrators can map user roles between sites, tailoring access to the needs of each connected WordPress site.
• Centralized dashboard: Manage user sync settings, monitor login activity, and troubleshoot from a central control panel.
• Credential protection: Encryption and secure token systems protect user credentials and help prevent unauthorized access across the site network.
• Membership plugin compatibility: The plugin works alongside membership and user management plugins, supporting sites with different membership and account management needs.
