GF Star Rating Field Add-on

Standard form fields can make it harder for respondents to give a quick rating. This add-on lets you include star rating fields in Gravity Forms, making them useful for product surveys, service feedback, and event evaluations. You can add multiple rating fields to a single form to gather feedback on more than one subject.

Customize each field’s star count, icon size, style, and color to fit your form design. You can also set a default rating for a field. The add-on works within Gravity Forms, so it suits WordPress sites that already use Gravity Forms to collect responses and want star ratings as part of that process.

Features

• Multiple rating fields: Add more than one star rating field to a single Gravity Forms form to collect feedback on different topics.
• Adjustable star count: Choose the number of stars for each rating field to fit the scale you want respondents to use.
• Icon size controls: Set the star icon size for each field to suit its place in your form design.
