FormGent Pro

Build forms for WordPress pages and posts using the Gutenberg block editor. FormGent Pro supports simple contact forms and multi-step surveys, giving site owners a way to collect information through different kinds of forms. Its visual, no-code approach suits people who want to create and customize forms without writing code.

The plugin includes AI-assisted form creation, though complex AI forms are not currently functional. You can customize forms with fields such as text inputs, dropdowns, and checkboxes, preview their appearance before publishing, and add them to a site with block support.
