WooCommerce Windcave Gateway

This plugin connects a WooCommerce checkout with Windcave for card payments. Customers are redirected to Windcave’s payment portal to enter their card details, so the store does not handle those details directly. This setup can reduce the store’s security risk and PCI compliance scope by keeping sensitive payment information on Windcave’s side.

Stores can also use the gateway for recurring payments with WooCommerce Subscriptions. After a payment succeeds or is canceled, custom success and failure URLs can direct customers to the relevant store page. The plugin suits WooCommerce businesses that want to accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit cards through Windcave.

Features

• Hosted payment portal: Customers enter card details on Windcave’s payment portal after leaving the store’s checkout, keeping sensitive card information off the website.
• Recurring payments: The gateway supports WooCommerce Subscriptions, allowing stores to accept recurring payments for subscription-based offerings.
• Custom return URLs: Set specific success and failure URLs to direct customers back to relevant store pages after completing or canceling payment.
• Major card acceptance: Process payments through Windcave using Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit cards.
• Payment method icon control: Choose whether to show or hide the payment method icon displayed with the gateway at checkout.

Best for

• WooCommerce stores accepting card payments
• Subscription businesses using WooCommerce Subscriptions
