Super Forms - Drag & Drop Form Builder

Creating forms for different purposes can mean balancing a straightforward editing process with the fields and behavior each form needs. Super Forms uses a drag-and-drop builder to let site owners assemble custom forms without coding. It can be used for contact forms, registration sheets, payment forms, and surveys, giving businesses and organizations one tool for collecting different kinds of information.

Conditional logic can show or hide fields according to a visitor's responses, while multi-step forms divide longer submissions into sections. Styling options let you adjust colors, fonts, layouts, and buttons to suit a site's appearance. Forms are designed for desktop, tablet, and smartphone screens, and submissions can be tracked and exported to CSV for review.

Features

• Drag-and-drop editing: Build custom forms by arranging elements in a visual editor, without needing to write code.

• Form styling options: Adjust colors, fonts, layouts, and buttons to align forms with the visual style of your website.
• File upload fields: Let visitors attach files to a submission for uses such as job applications, project submissions, or document collection.
