Overview

Membership site administrators often need to carry member information and event details between their site and other services. This plugin connects Paid Memberships Pro with Zapier, which can link the site to over 2,000 apps. Use membership events as triggers for workflows, such as sending a welcome message or updating a contact record.

Configure workflows through Zapier without writing code. You can tailor them to your site's processes, including multi-step sequences that respond to membership changes. The plugin suits site owners who want to reduce manual tasks and keep member information in sync across connected apps.

Features

  • Zapier connection: Connect Paid Memberships Pro with Zapier to build workflows that use information from your membership site in other apps.
  • Signup triggers: Start a Zap when someone signs up, so connected apps can respond to new member activity.
  • Membership changes: Trigger workflows for renewals, cancellations, and membership level changes to coordinate related tasks across apps.
  • No-code setup: Create automation workflows through Zapier without coding, making the connection accessible to site owners without development skills.
  • Member data syncing: Sync member information with connected platforms to reduce manual data entry and keep records current across services.
  • Custom workflows: Tailor Zaps to your site's needs, including multi-step sequences that connect membership events with actions in other apps.
