Ninja Forms Twilio SMS

Form submissions can call for a quick response, but email notifications may go unnoticed. This plugin connects Ninja Forms with Twilio to send SMS alerts when a form is submitted. Site owners can use those alerts to follow up on leads, notify a support team about a new ticket, or keep customers informed.

Create SMS notifications for forms and include information entered into their fields. Messages can be used for lead alerts, support confirmations, sales updates, and other operational messages. Longer messages are split into multiple SMS automatically, so the full message can be sent through the service.

Features

• Submission text alerts: Send an SMS when someone submits a Ninja Form, so your team can see new inquiries and respond promptly.
• Dynamic form details: Add data from Ninja Forms fields to text messages, making it possible to include information submitted by each visitor.
• Long message support: Send messages longer than a single SMS. The plugin automatically divides them into multiple text messages.
• Support notifications: Alert your support team when a new ticket arrives, and send customers SMS confirmations about their requests.
• Sales and payment alerts: Send text updates about successful payments or purchases, including information related to shipping or delivery.
• Custom notification types: Create SMS notifications for different needs, including marketing messages and operational updates.
