Ninja Forms - Advanced Datepicker

A basic form may collect a date without helping visitors choose when bookings are actually available. This plugin adds a calendar interface where you can set date ranges and make specific days unavailable. It works within Ninja Forms, so date and time options can be configured as part of your forms.

Set availability hours and time increments, then limit how many submissions are allowed for a date or time slot. These controls can help manage appointment schedules and reduce overbooking. When used with Ninja Forms Conditional Logic, you can show or hide form fields and steps based on a visitor’s choices, and set different pricing for dates or times.

Features

• Control Available Dates: Choose which dates visitors can select, and block specific days such as weekends, holidays, or other dates when bookings are unavailable.
• Set Time Slots: Define availability hours and set the time increments visitors can choose when booking an appointment or another scheduled service.
• Limit Submissions: Set submission limits by date or time slot to control how many bookings your form accepts for each period.
• Use Conditional Logic: With Ninja Forms Conditional Logic, show or hide form fields and steps based on visitor choices, and set different pricing for dates or times.
• Customize Error Messages: Adjust the messages shown for unavailable dates, fully booked dates, and unavailable times to explain why a selection cannot be submitted.
• Manage Booked Dates: A booked date becomes available again when the related submission is trashed or deleted, helping keep date availability aligned with submissions.
