NEX-Forms - Digital Signatures Add-on

Collect signatures as part of an online form instead of handling a separate paper process. Visitors can sign on their device, and the signature is saved with the form submission. This fits workflows that need a record of approval, such as business forms and legal service documents.

Submitted signatures are available in the WordPress backend and can also appear in form notification emails. When used with the PDF Creator add-on, signatures can be embedded in PDF attachments and exports. This gives site owners options for reviewing submissions and keeping signature records alongside their existing NEX-Forms workflows.

Features

• Signature fields: Add a signature field to a NEX-Forms form so visitors can sign directly on the form using their device.
• Email signatures: Include captured signatures in form notification emails, giving recipients a view of the signed submission.
• Backend records: View signed submissions in the WordPress backend for access to signature records alongside form entries.
• PDF signature embedding: With the PDF Creator add-on, signatures can appear in PDF email attachments and exports.
• Field customization: Adjust signature fields to suit the form structure and its branding.
• Device-based signing: Visitors can provide signatures directly on their devices as part of the online form submission process.
