NEX-Forms - Conditional Content Blocks Add-on

Form notifications and PDFs can include information that does not apply to every person who submits a form. This add-on lets site owners set conditions for specific content, so the email or PDF can reflect the fields and responses a user provides. It is designed to work with NEX-Forms and fits sites that use forms for bookings, e-commerce, surveys, or other interactions.

Conditions are defined with shortcodes in email or PDF templates, without requiring complex coding. The add-on can show or hide content based on form inputs and supports multiple field types, giving site owners flexibility in how they tailor messages. Use it to adjust email notifications and PDFs generated from form submissions.

Features

• Conditional content display: Set content to appear or remain hidden in email notifications and PDFs according to the inputs users provide in a form.
• Shortcode-based conditions: Define content rules with shortcode syntax in email or PDF templates, without needing complex coding.
• Multiple field types: Use different form field types as the basis for content conditions, allowing rules to reflect varied user responses.
• Email template rules: Customize email notification content so recipients see information that relates to their form selections.
• PDF template rules: Apply conditional content to PDFs generated from form submissions, tailoring the document to the responses received.
• NEX-Forms integration: Use existing NEX-Forms forms as the source of user inputs for conditional content in emails and PDFs.
