MotoPress Simple Contact Form Addon

Building forms for different kinds of visitor requests can call for more control than a basic contact field. This addon lets you create forms in MotoPress Content Editor, with a visual drag-and-drop builder for adding and arranging fields on WordPress pages. Use it for contact inquiries, feedback, job applications, orders, or other requests that need information from visitors.

Choose from text, email, telephone, text area, radio button, checkbox, dropdown, number, and label fields. HTML5 validation checks entries, while Google reCAPTCHA can help protect forms from spam. Adjust styles for the whole form or individual fields, set email recipients and submission messages, and use email templates to tailor notifications. Labels can appear as placeholders or beside fields.
