Appointment Booking Video Conferencing

Coordinating an appointment and its video meeting can involve extra steps for both service providers and clients. This addon connects those tasks by generating a video call link when an appointment is booked. It supports platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet, so customers can receive meeting details as part of the booking process.

The plugin is designed to work with an existing appointment booking system. It can send email or SMS notifications and reminders with video call details, while the WordPress admin dashboard provides a place to manage virtual appointments. Booking forms, time slots, and meeting parameters can be tailored to the services offered.
