MemberPress Cancel Override

When a member tries to cancel a subscription, the plugin redirects them to a customized landing page instead of ending the interaction immediately. Site owners can use that page to present options such as a discount or a free trial. This gives members a chance to consider an alternative before completing a cancellation.

The plugin also includes analytics about cancellation patterns and member responses, giving site owners information to review when planning retention efforts. It is designed for MemberPress sites and supports different incentive types, including exclusive content offers. Redirect pages are described as mobile-friendly, so members can view them on different devices.
