MemberPress BuddyPress

A membership site can offer protected content while giving members space to connect. MemberPress BuddyPress brings BuddyPress community features into a MemberPress site, so members can use profiles, activity streams, private messaging, groups, and forums alongside their membership. This suits organizations, clubs, and online learning platforms that want social participation within a membership-based website.

Use MemberPress access rules to control which membership levels can view or join BuddyPress groups. Community access can change automatically when members upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions. Site owners can also manage membership status and group participation, while members interact through the social features available to them.

Features

• Membership-based group access: Restrict BuddyPress groups to specific membership levels, so group discussions and other group content are available to authorized members.
• Automatic access changes: MemberPress rules can grant or revoke access to BuddyPress community features when a member upgrades, downgrades, or cancels a subscription.
• Member profiles: Members can customize profiles and interact socially, with visibility and group access controlled according to membership status.
• Community activity tools: Bring BuddyPress activity streams and private messaging into a membership site, giving members ways to share updates and communicate.
• Forums and groups: Offer forums and BuddyPress groups as part of a membership community, with access to groups limited by membership level.
• Membership oversight: Oversee members' subscription status and group participation from a central management dashboard.
