WP File Download + Add-ons

Managing downloadable files can become difficult as a site’s library grows. This plugin provides a drag-and-drop interface for organizing files and categories, along with tools to upload, move, copy, and delete files. Site owners can set permissions for individual files and categories, limiting visibility or downloads to selected WordPress users or user roles.

The plugin also supports file search, customizable file icons, and themes for displaying downloads. Files can be synchronized with Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and OneDrive Business, or hosted remotely. WooCommerce integration lets site owners sell digital products, while Elementor widgets provide a way to add files, categories, and search to page layouts.
