Gravity Perks Terms Of Service

Add a dedicated Terms of Service field to a Gravity Form and display agreement text in a scrollable area with a required consent checkbox. The field gives site owners a way to collect agreement as part of form submission. An option can require people to scroll through the full text before they can select the checkbox.

Use HTML or shortcodes in the field, or display content from an existing terms page within the form. Gravity Perks Terms Of Service can also place the agreement text in confirmation messages and email notifications. Its consent checkbox works with Gravity Forms conditional logic, and the plugin supports keyboard navigation and WPML.

• Terms field for forms: Add a dedicated Terms of Service field to a Gravity Form, with an agreement area and a checkbox users must select to submit.
