Some forms need to show information that users can review but should not edit, such as reference numbers, agreement terms, or pre-approved details. Gravity Perks Read Only lets you set selected Gravity Forms fields to read-only, keeping their contents visible while preventing changes. This can help preserve information that is populated in advance or calculated for the form.

The plugin applies the read-only state directly in the form markup rather than relying on JavaScript. It supports most Gravity Forms input types, including text, select, date, number, Signature, and Consent fields. Site owners can use it for fields populated through Populate Anything or Nested Forms when those values need to remain unchanged by the person completing the form.
