Gravity Perks QR Code helps connect Gravity Forms data with scannable QR codes. Create a code from a form field value or merge tag, then display it in confirmations, notifications, PDFs, or other places that support merge tags or shortcodes. This can suit event check-in, coupon distribution, and workflows that need to share form information in a scannable format.

The plugin can also use a device camera to scan a QR code and place its captured data into Gravity Forms fields. On desktop devices, users can drag and drop an image containing a QR code to populate fields. QR code size, color, and content can be customized, and scanning supports barcode formats such as UPC and EAN.
