Gravity Perks Nested Forms

When a form needs to collect several related records, a long list of repeated fields can make the parent form harder to use. This plugin adds child forms within a parent Gravity Form, so people can enter grouped details such as team roster members or multiple registrants as separate entries. Child entries open in a modal, keeping the main form focused while people add information.

After entries are added, they appear in a table within the parent form, where they can be reviewed, edited, or deleted. The plugin can also provide sums, totals, and counts from child forms for use in parent form calculations. Site owners can configure actions such as user registrations or notifications to run for child entries individually or collectively when the parent form is submitted.
