Gravity Perks Limit Choices

When a form offers a limited number of places, items, or appointment slots, unrestricted choices can lead to more selections than you can accommodate. This plugin lets you set limits on choice-based fields in Gravity Forms, so selections are counted against the available capacity. It supports Drop Down, Checkboxes, Radio Buttons, Multiple Choice, Product, and Option fields.

You can show remaining availability, disable choices that have reached their limit, or hide those choices from the form. Product and Option fields account for quantities. With GP Inventory's Resource system, limits can be shared across choice fields or forms. You can also set limits using parameters such as daily limits or date fields, and hide a form when all its choices are exhausted.

Features

• Set choice limits: Set a maximum selection limit for choice-based fields in Gravity Forms to keep registrations, orders, and other selections within capacity.
• Track field quantities: Apply inventory limits to Product and Option fields that include quantities, so quantity selections count toward available stock or capacity.
• Display availability: Show availability messages beside choices, including remaining inventory, insufficient quantity notices, and messages for exhausted choices.
• Hide exhausted choices: Disable choices once their limits are reached, or hide them from the form so users can focus on options that remain available.
• Share inventory limits: Use GP Inventory's Resource system to apply shared limits across multiple choice fields or forms.
• Set scoped limits: Apply limits using dynamic parameters such as daily limits or specific date fields to suit different selection rules.
