Gravity Perks Inventory

When a form offers products or booking options, available quantities can change with each submission. Gravity Perks Inventory lets you set stock limits for fields in Gravity Forms and tracks inventory as entries are submitted. It supports Product fields and choice-based fields, so you can control stock for options such as sizes, colors, dates, or other selections.

Inventory can be shared across fields and forms, or grouped by field values to create separate stock pools, such as inventory for a particular date. Use the inventory dashboard to review stock levels and sales activity. Settings are available in the form editor, which gives site owners and form builders a place to configure inventory alongside their forms.
